Sleep Deprivation

I kinda wanna sleep but i cant, any suggestions?

Melatonin is a natural sleep aid and you can buy it over the counter and take it like 30 minutes before bed but make sure your lying down and ready to sleep.

Just laying back and meditating sometimes helps me, sometimes will take 15 min or so, till my mind calms down. But on nights where my mind is being overactive, thats what helps me a lot.

i logged off the computer that night and waited till i passed out (not the preferrable way) but i can try those thanks
