Yes, I do
Go to your profile, click on the button "Customize my profile" (right bellow "Mentions") and then you go for "General" (top left of what shows up) and click on "Page Background", in wich you can choose either "User color" or "Use image" (btw for uploading an image for your profile background you first need to upload it for your albuns), hope you've understood
