What programs do you keep in your dock/start menu?

Mine are Finder, Dashboard, Xcode, Terminal, GeekTool, DiskAid, No-Ip DUC, LogMeIn Hamachi, Onyx, Software Updater, Disk inventory X, SoundFlower, CCleaner, BootXChnager, Google Earth, the usual preinstalled Mac programs, Skype, Norton, Dream chronicles, The myst games, Unity, Blender 3D, Amazon MP3, spotify, Synthesia, onlive steam portal 2 and minecraft, and nexuis.

P.S. If you use windows or linux put the one you keep in your start menu.

Well i have Firefox, Google Chrome, Photo shop, itunes, Skype, MSN, Safari, recycil bin etc. I also play games and use torrents most of the time. Firefox and the skype are mostly used as they are the best ways for the communication.

I reinstalled Windows 7 to my computer only recently, so have few items in the Start Menu. So far I have 5 programs pinned to my Taskbar (if that's what you mean by Start Menu): Microsoft Internet Explorer 9, Windows Explorer, Windows Media Player, Windows Live Messenger and Skype--nothing fancy atm but that will likely change over time. Usually I add programs that resemble the things I like to have to hand on a real desktop, such as a calculator or notepad.

Start up: Yahoo Messenger, Nod32, Volume control

Web browser, paint xp, mspaint w7 version, movie maker 2.1, movie maker w7 version and SMP player which is like VLC on steroids.

Before anyone asks I use the old ones for ease of use and better options, newer for file size compression.
