    Default TOKYO trip

    Hi there. These are the photos of my trip to Tokyo in September 2011.

ID:	63976 I like the views from Japanese highways, they seem more clean and have more amazing junctions then the ones in my country, also people are far more educated driving than portuguese people, you see people driving mostly at the same speed, there wasn't much traffic for a big city only if you wanted to enter in city of Chiba. The only bad thing is that in Japan speed limits for highways are low (80 km/h), but since you're in a tourist trip it doesn't bother you.

    Hey there Bruno, thanks for sharing your pics!! They are pretty nice
    I really wanna go to Japan one day, and I'm quite sure I will, just don't wanna do it alone :P
    The plane tickets are kinda expensive, no? And as for the lyfstile, what can you tell me about it?

    I like the views from Japanese highways, they seem more clean and have more amazing junctions then the ones in my country, also people are far more educated driving than portuguese people, you see people driving mostly at the same speed, there wasn't much traffic for a big city only if you wanted to enter in city of Chiba. Anyways, I have the license driving for about an year and going bellow 120 km/h in highways in "normal conditions" is just impossible... Indeed, I'd say that everything above 140 is really kinda slow, so 80 is really unbelievable!! But doing so they reduce costs in fuels, therefore saving money and improving air quality with other environmental improvements

    Thanks for sharing the pics. I always enjoy seeing pics of places I haven't been yet from people, to see what to them were important things to take a pic of.

    @Uchiha_Luffy : The tickets are but the hotel isn't, the quality is good and the view is nice. If you go to Belgium there the hotel's quality is poor and the prices are high.
    Well I can't tell you about their lifestyle unless you ask me specific topics.
    Why do you say it is impossible? I don't think speed limit is the problem. There are highways were the speed limit could be around 150 km/h (even though I consider such limit more acceptable for countries as France and the USA). But when it's raining and there's fog it's already unaceptaple to drive at 120 km and say "it's the rain's fault not mine" when that speed is completely high in that condition. So the speed limit is only value in conditions of fine weather and light traffic. The main problem is that portuguese people are extremely irregular driving, some drive at 60 km/h in a highway?! and others drive over 220km/h. I don't know about the other states but in California that's completelly unaceptable to do that because people drive with a very tiny speed diffecence between each other so if you drive 200km/h you will have in front of you a barrear of cars at 140 km/h. Also if you drive too below the 90mph a police officer will surely order you to stop the car.

    @threewolves : thank you.

    @すずめ : you're welcome and thank you.

    I've been to Beligum (Bruxels and Hague, though only slept on Bruxels), so I know that :P
    What's the cost of the air ticket? Well, general things (price of the foon, clothes, fuels), just to have a notion

    Well, you are absolutely right about portuguese people (too much difference on the speed, which is not good) and I definetely agree with that
    I know that in some countries (Australia and not sure about German) there is no limit of speed in the highways, as drivers are so civilized, hope it happened the same thing i here

    Congrats for your (at least it sounds like it was) excellent trip!!

    (and btw I prefer your new avatar )

    @Uchiha_Luffy : Well I don't remmember the price of the airplane tickets, I only remmember the shinkansen ticket's price from Tokyo to Kyoto, it was 100 euros. I didn't buy much clothes, only a yukata at the hotel about 30 euros. The uniforms you can see in one of the pics cost between 40 and 50 euros. About the food, you find cafe veloce as selling machines al over the cities. A cafe price in japan is around 3 and 4 euros, but their cafe is aren't expressos but cafe latte in big cups. The price of the sandwish I don't remmember but at the restaurants I think it's hard to pay below 8 euros for food, only cheaper in mcdonnals but in Japan mcdonnals are as dirty as in other places around the world. but you see lots of school girls who look like this inside there -> http://www.textually.org/textually/a...kyu_sirens.jpg
    with that type of socks and the hair dyed blond.

    Me also, thanks. It was me who drawn it : D

    @Jasanime : you're welcome. also many people in my country find Australia as a very amazing place to visit.

    @MVPDJ23 : Thank you.

    @Cheese the saurus Rex : Thanks ^^

    Me also, thanks. It was me who drawn it : D
    Thanks a lot for the info, I really really want to go and visit Japan someday, glad you have the chance for doing so

    Well, than CONGRATULATIONS, pretty nice drawing, you should be proud of it (but guess that if you weren't wouldn't have made it your avatar :P)

    A Japanese exchange trip... well, yeah it could be cool if you posted videos of it. There are lots of people doing that. But remmember that studying in Japan may be a pain, especially for people who aren't much into school and whose don't know Japanese.

    I'm honestly not that worried. I mean I'm already staring to learn Japanese and I'm going to take a Class on my senior year so I think I'll do just fine, the only pain OSA the registration prossece

    [QUOTE=Uchiha_Luffy;2689946]Hey there Bruno, thanks for sharing your pics!! They are pretty nice
    I really wanna go to Japan one day, and I'm quite sure I will, just don't wanna do it alone :P
    The plane tickets are kinda expensive, no? And as for the lyfstile, what can you tell me about it?

    You can avoid plane if you take bus/car/train then transyberian and finally a boat, it's cheaper but longer ( I cannot be totally sure but you can check ) =)

    ---------- Post added at 02:08 PM ---------- Previous post was at 02:07 PM ----------

    [QUOTE=Kankiti Shunan;2689958]@Uchiha_Luffy : The tickets are but the hotel isn't, the quality is good and the view is nice. If you go to Belgium there the hotel's quality is poor and the prices are high.

    I'm living in belgium... My country sucks...

    I already did Learned french on school for only 3 years and the last of them was over 5 years ago so I've forgot most of it But I remember that I was pretty good at it according to my teachers, especially on speaking
