I was in school, drawing in my sketchbook to pass the time since most of the kids were being pulled from class. Didn't find out what happened until that night.

Well, just that with that age the only things I really give something were Pokemon and soccer xD
People need to move on indeed, though it was a very very oustanding thing that I guess I'll never forget and guess every single people who lost some loved one on that bloody tragedy are having trouble to move on but that's life

I was at school. 5th grade.
I remember a bunch of other kids getting picked up early that day by their parents.

I was 6 at the time and I think I was watch some apocalyptic movie on the syfy channel either that or it was the magic school bus and I also probably didn't really care much about what happend.
I was sleeping at home, I think.
Also tho, if you think about it, we, America, are very lucky that, even tho we are and have been a world power, we have suffered very few disasters here. America has had very few foreign attacks on its own land and the ones that did occur were not quite all that serious. If you look at what Europe and Japan suffered through with WWII alone, what America has endured is not all that bad. Not to say that 9/11 wasn't very bad bcuz that isn't the case, but America is very lucky in comparison to what the rest of the world has suffered through.

I was at primary school and me, along with several other students, watched the attacks on the television in the library.

I was in college and I remember walking past the dorm lounge on the way to class and seeing a bunch of people around the TV. I think just the first tower had been hit at that point, and I figured it was just an accident or something, I remember not thinking much about it.
Later in the day and in the following days surprised by how powerfully most students were affected by it, despite relatively few knowing anybody there (since I went to college in the midwest).
Ah ah, I forgot that, I said americans but I could have said people from any other country of the world, I guess :P
The world just gave a big change with it, I think it was definetely the biggest thing that hapenned since the Worl War Two, marked the start of the 21st century

In 7th grade Homeroom I believe. They pulled the TV into the classroom, and we watched it as the plane flew into the tower. Then I got pulled out of school.
I don't think there was any school for the next day. I remember the military campaigns on TV being more prominent after that.
Attending elementary school. I was in first grade and they hauled us all to the gym to talk about it but I has a 6 year old had no idea what was going on xD

I can't remember, I was about 4 back then. Living out on the country, playing outside with my dogs.
Heeey!
I was in about first or second grade. We got pulled out of school for no reason apparent to me, and when I got home I sat on the coffee table with my mom and brothers and watched the towers fall.
I didn't really know what was going on.
Pooping maybe? My dad was there but he was far away ^_^. I was a baby.
