Also I have to say that you have to read the rules.

As for your sig ... if you click the big 'Settings' thing at the top of the page, somewhere there should be an option to upload your sig (probably in the 'edit Signature' thing. Alternatively, good old image hosting (say, imageshack or tinypic) do the trick too. :]
