What words have you learned in Japanese fromw atching anime?
Hmm... I don't know specifically. But often for shorter lines i won't have to look at subs.
I guess the most used ones. Thanks, Sorry, good morning/other greetings, "What?", etc.
Here's some of what I've learned from anime:

ちょっと待って (command) wait a sec!

Kawaii ("cute").
Yes my knowledge in the japanese language is great, fear my powers.
Waiting for
Christmas
Season four of Sherlock
The new Hobbit movie
Season five of Game of Thrones
New episodes of Downton Abbey
I'm not too sure what words I learned from anime. Probable things like:
うっさい・うるさい! - Ussai/Urusai! - Shut up!
貴様! - Kisama! - You! (vulgar/rude form)
殺してやる! - Koroshite yaru! - (I'll) kill you!
くたばっちまえ - Kutabcchimae! - Drop dead! (corrupt command form of Kutabaru, meaning to drop dead)
Yeah... I learn insults ^_^;
Hentai
Baka
Kawaii
Sugoi
Tenchi (Heaven and Earth)
Ryoko, Oni, Yokai, etc. (Demon)
Yurei (Ghost)
Otaku
Come on... you have to have more than this.
It's more like a gigolo, which is a bit different from a pimp ;D
But yea, I remember there's a himo dialogue in Arakawa Under the Bridge

As for me, I've learned too many words from anime that it's impossible for me to make a list. But one of the first words I learned was 失敗(しっぱい) from watching Kyou Kara Maou (at which time I had yet to start learning Japanese). I remembered it without any trouble since its Japanese pronunciation "shippai" sounds almost the same as its Chinese counterpart "shibai".
very few words i know and i am new here. the words are BOKURA NO= that all moment, IKUZE= let's go, and more i want to tell.
I have learned idiot and thank you. I know much more Japanese but I learned it all from studying Japanese.

" OMAE NO USHIRO NI DA!!!!!! " Somehow this phrase lingers in my head from an anime called Gintama XD
Well, some indeed!
Gomenazai, onichiwa, Oi, Arigatou, sayonara, hajime and mate (but I had already listen to them when I played judo :P), hana, hanabi, orewa, kaizoku, banzai, katon, suiton, douton, raiton, genjutsu, do itashimashite, ohayo, oyasumi, ITADAKIMAASU! (loool), kore wa, hidari, midi, koko, "dai suki dayo", gambatte, well and a lot more that I just don't remember now :P
Oh, and the numbers of course: ichi, ni, san, you, gou, roku, nana, hachi, ku and ju
Hope I haven't commit any great mistake, the japanese will forgive me, I guess :P because you sure have a HUGE language

I forgot BAKAAA! xD
Gomenazai and baka! I think these 2 words are the most important .. haha
~loyal~
I found it very interesting that not one, but three people in this thread said "gomennazai" instead of "gomennasai". Maybe there's a linguistic explanation for this, but what do I know? XD
Nani, Baka, Omae wa mo Shindeiru
tsundere
"I never think of the future. It comes soon enough."
"The secret to creativity is knowing how to hide your sources."
"Great spirits have often encountered violent opposition from weak minds."
"Common sense is the collection of prejudices acquired by age eighteen."
"I want to know God's thoughts; the rest are details."
"Imagination is more important than knowledge."
I remember that I myself thought it was pronounced "komennasai" until I learned the correct pronunciation from my language book.
I've learned more than a few words, but some of my favorite are daijoubu ("okay", as in it's okay or I'm okay, or it will be okay) and urusai! (noisy, shut up).
Hmm some simple words I learned from anime are Baka, kamakazi, kaze, mizu, inu, boku, hai, konichi'wa konban'wa, keitai, arigato, daijougu, Gomenasai, neko, konpyuuta, kamera, watashi, and I can also count from 1-100 in Japanese and the months days, weeks, and years, some phrases I picked up are boku aw tomodachi ga sukunai-I don't have very many friends(also the name of an anime), terrebi no skete kudasai - may I turn on the T.V., and boku no namae wa [insert name here] desu.
