Alright, so I think I will go ahead and jump in. I have been kinda off and on, on watching it so i'm still not 100% sure on what is currently going on. If you wanna just tell me where to jump in I will try to adjust quickly. Anyways here is my character sheet.
Name: Sky
Age: 17
Cause of Death: His mother called him down stairs and as he headed down he tripped over his shoe lace and fell down the stairs breaking his neck and instantly killing him.
Date of Death: July 30th 2012
Gender: Male
Minion: N/A
Classes: The Art of Reaping

Personality: He is the normal high school student. He talks only when he really has questions. He tries his best and when his best is not enough he tries harder. He's one never to make fun of or tease someone about a physical or mental property they posses. He tends to have the "flight" response during any kind of battle but will protect his friends and family with his own life.
Background: He was a good kid, always did what he was told even as he grew up. He went through only a single girlfriend which he knew he loved very much. His parents were together and happy all the time, being an only child he got a lot of what he wanted but he always had to work hard before he could get his sweet reward.
He got mainly B's and A's in school and was known as a very smart kid. He had many friends and a lot of people liked him for him.
On the day of his death, he and his girlfriend got into a fight over the phone. Which was rare. Unaware of how to handle this emotion he yelled "Were done! I hate you!" and threw his phone shattering it. His mom called him down to make sure he was okay. He still had his shoes on from just coming inside the house and heading up to his room.
His shoe had become untied and when he went to take the first step down his foot remained on the string and he pulled it up, causing him to trip and fall down the stairs. Once he realized he was dead he was miserable, and currently depressed from the fact he died. He attended his own funeral where he was meet by a Reaper. The reaper greeted him and he decided to try it out, seeing how he had nothing else to really "live for" he went off.

@TheGuyWalking Approved. Welcome. Currently things are dieing down in the cemetry. A crowd could have been drawn to the lights and sounds of the fighting so you could post something like that. Or whatever your character was doing at the time.

@Infinita yes sign ups are open. Currently looking for students but if you want to make a professor then that would help out as well.

@ゆりラブ If your refering to Sajin the dog man from Bleach then I'm not sure how PD feeling about that. If you can explain how a animal rises from minion to full blown reaper then fine. I think it could make for a very interesting character. Give it a shot and ill look over it for you.

I know this has taken a very long time and I apologize. Had many things going on in a few days but here it is! :3

Cause of Death: Drowning and freezing in frigid waters

Date of Death: Unknown as it happened many years ago

Background: Osharyn learned various arts that her parents found would be important for her to pursue a career in travel. They wanted her to follow in their footsteps and start her own travel agency. She learned about various cultures, linguistics, arts, religions and music. Her parents had privately tutored her but while they were gone, they had paid a scholar from the university that Osharyn's parents had owned and where they resided. On her 20th birthday, her parents had set up a trip for her in the North to experience the sights and experience the culture. After spending a few weeks there, she fell in love with the people there and wanted to become a permanent resident there. One day, as she walked to the supermarket in the small village, an unknown individual approached her and gave her a letter. Upon reading it, Osharyn was not sure what it meant but she folded the letter up and placed it in her jacket. On her final few days of her journey, they accepted Osharyn as their own and wanted to initiate a challenge for her: to hunt and kill her first polar bear. She left with a harpoon in hand in search of a polar bear. As she left, she walked on an ice shift and fell through. Her clothing was far too heavy for her to swim on with and the frigid waters took her life in seconds. A young man from the tribe she stayed with had followed Osharyn some time after the hunt had began. He followed her footsteps and discovered a hole in the ice with her harpoon no where in sight. The young man went back to camp to give the news.

As Osharyn's life began to slip away, the same individual appeared before her. She took their hand and found herself in a very different place, a room filled with furniture. The individual explained to her that she has become a student at the Black Rose Academy and explained the situation that was occurring with lost souls. Osharyn found herself a uniform and began school the day after her death. In her first three years of school, she found them challenging and exhilarating. Many teachers believed that she is excellent teacher material for the academy.

Cause of Death: Loss of blood, caused by multiple stab wounds across his body.

Appearance: Rauizu has a seemingly frail and weak body, scaling up to 5'9, with semi-long white hair falling down to his shoulders as his bangs covered one one of his eyes completely. His face showing virtually no emotion at all, his eyes filled with an obvious hate for the very essence of life, but seemingly invisible feeling of loneliness. Their cold appearance scaring others away with their seemingly endless layer of dark grey.

Personality: Unreasonably antisocial, to the extent of preferring true death over communication with his peers. He grows sick at the very thought of such things as "companionship" and "love". His twisted thoughts creeping out from every inch of his body, his condescending nature towards life so transparent that no one would think otherwise. His corrupted, but yet reasonable views towards friendship are shrouded with memories of his death, at the hands of someone he once cherished.

Background: Rauizu's father's name was Dante, with his mother bearing the name of Melony, his one younger brother named Gin and a younger sister named Melissa. His family was very wealthy and he was spoiled… being able to get anything he had wanted. One night, when he was 5... A young female thief broke into his family’s summer home, slaughtering his family… excluding Mirona and him, since they were spending the night at a friend’s house to prepare for a party. As they returned home the next morning, they found police cars and ambulances outside of their house… with a crowd in front of the gates. They didn’t know what had happened, until Rauizu had heard someone mentioning: “I heard it was a murder… there was a young boy caught up in it as well… so sad…”. He quickly ran inside the house and found his family murdered. For a time, he was emotionless… isolating himself in a corner, thinking ‘if only I was there….’. After his sister Mirona, his only surviving family member… snapped him out of his state of shock…. He swore to never lose someone again, to protect Mirona no matter what. He began studying harder, practicing martial arts during the morning and studying at night. Time skip 11 years, he’s 17 years old now. One year ago, he got into a fight with some local thugs… he managed to beat them because of his experience in martial arts, but at the cost… of Mirona’s eyesight….. He slowly closed off to the world yet again, street fighting, and trying his best to survive… alone. One day, during the month of June in the year 2012... two months ago, his close and only friend that he had gained as a result of his ventures into the world of street fighting, Keiko, had offered him an invitation to join him for dinner at his rather small apartment. While Rauizu waited patiently at the table for Keiko to finish the few remaining dishes he as preparing, Keiko suddenly came up behind him without Rauizu noticing. Keiko carried a large kitchen knife, sharpened to perfection, in his right hand... slowly slicing it down onto Rauizu's shoulder, stunning him as he fell forward with his body weak and his mind slowly losing consciousness. Keiko then, stabbed Rauizu 47 times throughout his entire body... carving that cursed numbered in his very being.

Such interesting characters too! It makes me miss having Magic Mixer running where I could try and recruit players and their characters out of dead games.

Actually, the whole board is pretty dead right now. There seems to be a real slowdown as of late in new game creation. I guess August and September are big transition months most places with a lot of vacations going on and then people starting up school.

Appearanceante has the typical muscular body of a Roman Crusader, standing five foot eleven inches tall, Salt-and-Pepper hair falling to his schoulder. His eyes are a dark steele grey, one eye covered by a crude eye patch made of cotton cloth that seems to do no more than cover the horror of the missing and/or mutliated scene underneath.Dante wears a black modern business suit with black slacks, a red shirt, and black tie, the Roman Catholic Patriarchal cross motiff is appearant in his dress in the forms of silver cuff links, cross on the sleeves of the souts jacket, and a miniature version tacked to his tie. He wears modern slimlined glasses, even given the archaic eye patch that covers his left eye that he refuses to remove.
Personality: A Surprisingly lively individual, he almost seems to act as if an elder man with alzheimer's, ever forgetful and slightly immature, though when he feels it is time to be serious he can again become the cold blooded killing machine he had become for what he thought was his God.
Backgroundante was born July 25th 1125 in Bohemia under the Holy Roman Empire the only child of a Roman Catholic Priest, his mother died giving birth to him. Dante was sent off by his father to be raised as a warrior, which Dante knew simply a way for his father to get rid of him so that he could continue his life of adultry, gluttony, and blasphemy in secret without the fear of an innocent slip from a childs mouth. Raised as a warroir he was sent off into Jerusalem by the Holy Roman Emperor, he died in the siege of Damascus by the sword of a Muslim soldier, under the command of Saif Ad-Din Ghazi of Mosul,having lost his left eye to the dagger of another soldier the day before during the intial attack, as he lay in the field, abandoned by his fellow Christians and left for dead, he was approached by a Reaper and given the option to cross-over and be punished for his sins(a threat Dante soon learned was a ploy by the Reaper to better the chance he would become his apprentice) or join the man and become a Reapers Apprentice and to assist the souls of those dead or dieing to cross-over. Dante has always been an unorthodox man, choosing to do things his own way in death as he had done in life, after five years of apprenticeship, he was given the title Master Reaper, and had done everything in his power in order to stay simply as such, he has no problem taking orders from Reapers that are higher in rank and title, yet many times younger than himself. He had himself initially rejected the idea of the Black Rose Academy, but after the schools success in the first five years, he began to approve and support the school, even to the point that he is currently attempting to become a member of the staff even if it is on a substitutionary basis.

Brow eyes, has black hair that tens to cover his eyes a lot. Slim. He always wears a grey beanie.

Personality: Ryo has to personalities due to a disorder he has. His first personality is a nice, friendly, clumsy, music loving teenager, but his second personality is a cruel person. Its like as if a demon consumed him. This personality usually takes place during a fight or problem.

Background: Ryo wasn't a popular kid, he only had one friend that was his childhood friend called Yukio, he was the closest thing he had, his parents were never around the house so he and Yukio were always together, Yukio was getting in trouble mostly all the time and when he didn't know that to do he used to just crash at Ryo's house. Ryo has a personality disorder that showed up when he was a little kid but Yukio was the only person that seem to not care about that and that helped him a lot, his second personality its aggressive and dark because of that he never tried to make friends because he was afraid to hurt them.

One day he and Yukio were suppose to go to the mall to buy a video game but his friend never showed up. The next day his parents called to tell him that Yukio was murdered by gang members close to the mall the were suppose to meet that day. His 2nd personality got over him and all he wanted was revenge. He went and killed most of the members of the gang, including his leader. When he was heading home covered in blood he got a email on his phone, he couldn't pronounce the name of the person who sent it but it was asking him to attend the Black Rose Academy for Reapers, even tho he believed a place like this could exist he responded, he said "if it takes my pain away..yes"

Suddenly a few members left from the gang attacked him by surprise and killed him with a gun, it was all so fast that he couldn't react, he finally just thought "it's all over"..but it wasn't. He woke up at the Black Rose Academy and after the principal explained everything to him, he accepted what this place is and the reason he wants to be a reaper is to save lost souls, because he doesn't want them to be lost like his death best friend.
