Sig Request?

[Ayu 「あゆ」]

I was wondering if someone could help me and make a sig for me using this pic:


And I would like to have "Ayu" and "あゆ" written rather than having "Ayuda" in the sig. Aside from that, do whatever you feel will make for a good sig, be it sweet and simple or nice and extravegant. I would really appretiate it if you helped me out.
