Hahaha, i made my question way to hard. Anyways it was Elfen lied and Clannad. I remembered that Clannad is actualy irish so... Yeh. User error, ahaha!

This one takes place in modern/future time. It revolves around a girl who's body knows secrets about technology that she is not consciously aware of, a mercenaries mission to protect her, and the funny relationship between them?
