Can anyone help me with identifying what the writing says on the car (the black writing in the center of the car and the the writing along the side skirt of the car and the front bumper)

The big black words are Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, a rather...interestingly different anime from last year, represented by this evil little creature:

The word directly in the center of the car's side says 柿本改 (Kakimoto Racing, a Japanese company). The writing on the front bumper probably says "ADVAN シャワー" (Advan Shower). Everything else is either already in the Latin alphabet or too squished up for me to make out.

Aside from what has already been noted; the katakana letters on the lower-left-most-corner of the car (directly in front of the front tire) is actually probably the logo for SHAFT (シャフト), the anime production company that made the Madoca Magica series (the letters are squished on the photo but you can see the logo here; http://www.shaft-web.co.jp/).
