Personally I think your sense of humour regarding April Fools pranks leaves a lot be desired, but that's just my opinion. To begin with, there's something really wrong with the idea of using status to gain popularity, although that said, you're far from the only person to have done this. The fact that you "lied" actually doesn't bother me at all; rather it's the idea of inventing profiles to address what seems to be some signs of insecurity.

It's very admirable that you made a very public apology in a thread, but since I wouldn't judge a person's worth by their occupation anyway it's rather wasted on me. In any case the relevent issue now is that you are dwelling on something that you can't go back and change, and I think that is more the bother to AF members than what you did in the past. Also you can't force people who aren't going to like you to like you, so don't waste your time trying to get into their good books - that's their problem and you can't change that. We all make mistakes and you meant no harm, furthermore you apologised - so my advice would be that you move on, focus on making friends (Heck, start with me if you like, 'cause we Pokemon don't judge!), and leave this thread well alone.

But whatever you do, always be true to yourself! ;3

Is there any way I cam make amends and how do I show people I am not a show off?(but to a degree).I made a late april fools joke ( me being a racing driver )
and tried to get it to try and last as long as it could. But all I said other than a racing driver is true.

Simple solution: Shape up and don't act like a fool. Most of the people here can figure out if you are talking crap, so even if it was April Fool's, your "joke" would have fallen flat; the fact that you picked a regular day made it even sillier.

I'll be straight with you - most of us likely saw the bullcrap for what it was and we're likely rolling on the floor laughing about it. It happens periodically and there's few things online more funny than those who take that kind of thing seriously. So thank you for being one of those guys. But who knows, after doing something about it, perhaps you'll become more like the majority - laughing at the next round involving some new guy. But that's what I like about AF, in some other communities the majority seems to be those without common sense.
