Need help finding out the name of the anime series

This is pretty rough description of what I can recall;

There is the evil, kind of fat, guy sitting next to a swimming pool. He is drinking red wine while being consumed by thoughts on how he will manage to remove an obstacle in his plan. In the swimming pool there is a girl (cannot remember correctly if she was naked or not). At some point she swims towards him and asks him to join her for swimming. He laughs and throws some wine on her face. She proceeds to dive in the swimming pool ignoring what just happened.
After some time the guy finishes his thoughts, with a weird smile he presses a button which drains the whole pool and along with the water the girl as she screams.

That is all I recall. It might be western anime that is the reason i posted it on the western/Non JP anime as well.

It was an anime series that aired in Greece I believe something like 11 years ago.

Oh well, I was indeed a kid back then, will not deny. That series was aired on a kids' channel. It was the same channel that aired Getter Robo, Jumaru, Voltron, Saber Rider, ThunderSub and some others.

At some point I can remember vaguely that it aired some kind of weird anime, like the one I mentioned at the beginning. And some other pretty crazy stuff. Like the one in which a young girl was taking a bath, showing the top of her body naked. Under her left bosom was a deep wound. While she was having the bath, she had a flash back showing how she got her wound. I remember a soldier shooting her with some kind of crazy super-badass lazer rifle that pierced her. Then she would snap out of it and continue working on her plan to take revenge... :S

Oh...her brother/family (cannot remember correctly) had also been murder at the same time she got the wound.

All of these were in the set future, deeply in the sci-fi genre...but still weird stuff...
