Story: 6/10
The story involves 3 different places in time with a large cast because of this the story is a confusing jumble that may require a rewatch to understand.
Characters: 10/10
A fantastically varied selection of instantly interesting characters. From Ladd Ruso to Jacuzi Splot, you are bound to find several to root for! Isaac and Miria ROCK!
Art/animation: 9/10
Whilst it isn't a major draw point the anime looks fine. Everything looks smart without distracting from the shows real draw. The characters.
Voice acting, music rating: 9/10
The music score is perfect for the time period of this anime. You will find yourself humming the theme tune long after watching the show. The voice actors are great both in the original and in the dub. I kinda prefer the dub in this case because they can emulate the accent.
Overall: 8.5/10
