The body of the dragon looks weird for some reason, like the belly's cut off. I don't know if it's just me. Would be great if you add more details for your drawing. The wing's too roughly drawn, it's like a sketch. But I like the shadows that you made. Keep trying!

Are you wanting to do complete digital work? I usually will do a paper & pencil/pen sketching and then scan it, that's the digital editing begins. ll I just find it easier for me, to do that. Try it out see if it works for you too, plus make sure to use references for sketching things you may need help on...like wings, bones the skeletal structure of lizards and birds. It helps a lot looking at those type of pics, and practicing drawing them...that is most important of all. Practice, practice, practice....you can become much better. And I want to see you get better, but you are off to a good start.
