If no one player gathers an absolute majority of lynch votes, then indeed luck will have a huge impact on this round. You'd better go pray to the moon, pray to the tides, sacrifice a lamb to Lady Fortuna for an outcome favorable to your faction. :P

In the event of a tie, the governor (Minato) will be informed, and s/he has 10 minutes to make a decision. If no reply is received from the governor, then a die roll will decide whom to lynch.
