Lately, I noticed that my works have been well..lackluster to say the least.
My sketches seemed to just be getting worse, and my hands are in pre-arthritis.
So, while I was taking a break from the black and white nightmares, I decided to try something new; digital painting.
I have never been much of a painter, but my mother taught me enough.
After some testing, I discovered that I had a new love for the art style.
Enough of my chatter, unto the art!

I see a Supernatural fan! You did a wonderful job making it seem as if the paintings were truly created on canvas rather than in a program and you definitely did an extraordinary job capturing the beauty in Castiel's eyes! The lighting is good but do take care with blending (I believe that is what its called) and that goes for both paintings. You truly are talented! Keep up this awesome work!

Have you made those pictures from "scratch", or have you had a picture in the back and then "re-done it" with some 'effects'?

Thank you all! And SuXrys, I do use pictures as a base, because Lord knows I can't do certain human anatomy correctly.
Because you were all so generous with the love, here is my newest one!

 

I changed Lucy's eyes because I liked the whole idea of Azazel's being yellow

They're just amazing! They look real. The new one that you made looks real and evil. I like the dark themes that you use. But I want to see the whole human anatomy, as in the body, the arms and legs in one picture. Do your best and keep it up!
