Help! I need a pattern for a cosplay hat!

well, Im working in a Hoshina Utau Black Diamond from Shugo Chara, Its almost ready, I just need a pettern to make the hat, please help me! it`s like this:

I could try and make you the pattern...but you'd have to make the fitting adjustments on your own as you sew it. If I can figure out how to make a cloth lace-up gorget I'm sure I could figure out how to make that hat.

You'd just have to give me a couple of days to figure it out and mock sew-it.

Just let me know if still need it and if you want me to try make the pattern. Since I'm late finding the post and all
