Well, the first there's being tactful and then there's being annoying. Some of us guys can be tactful when taking in the physical features of a woman. But you have to understand it's gonna happen we're gonna look. But it's not all "whoa mama, luuk at dem fun bags...hyuck", we can look in a flattering manner. If anything what you quoted sounded more like a playful conversation, in which the guys you hang out with can joke around, and be themselves. But there should be boundaries, if it's something you're not comfy with let them know.

As for looking at my butt, I'd be happy if a chick looked at my butt...it would lift my spirits. But I'm a guy...

1. If i wanted no one to look, wouldn't wear clothes that show it off. wearing skimpy clothes with lots of cleavage and curves makes people look. who'lda thunk it!?
2. If my looks are enough to steal someones attention from whatever it is they are doing, then i'd look at it as a compliment. Similarly to why i show off my car. it getting attention to me is like people silently complimenting it.
so, final answer, i wouldn't care.
and besides, you're 13. 99% chance you don't even have much of a butt or boobs to look at yet. thats just the natural paranoia you kids these days experience cuz you're all convinced that the whole world gives a damn about you because your parents always treated you as the center of attention and never showed you how little anyone really cares about you. I don't think men will ever understand some signals. Now I may sound steretypical but most men doesn't understand hints, you really have to be über-straight forward with them. For example if you want to stop and eat somewhere then girls: just say so! Your guy will most likely (in my experience anyway) not understand that hint if you only ask him if he's hungry. hahah!

sorry i like posting pictures that loosely relate to the subject at hand. but i know what you mean. truth is that most of us guys do lie a lot. but we don't often make up stories or bloat them to impress you. that stuff is almost always true. we just tend to lie about our feelings for you. as they say, "women can fake orgasms, But men can fake love."
Personally, i'm looking to stay single and i tell every girl that i meet that we can be either friends, or she can be a slam piece. they either accept it, or don't. simple as that. i'd say thats a pretty honest thing to say.

I strongly belive it has to do with interest, just as with some girls. All girls doesn't love shopping, and all men doesn't hate walking hours and hours strolling around in clothes stores. They like it because it's their interest. Muy simplish.
