Eh, does it count if it happens in the manga, but they didn't put it into the anime? Because in that case, Kyo/Toru from Fruits Basket.. Otherwise I don't have many pairings I like, other than France/England, Germany/Italy, and - this one is more of a crack pairing than anything but... Russia/America.
