Drawing Tournament: Battle 1 Voting

Alright folks, time for the first round of voting. As much as I'd like to make this a poll for voting, I think it would be much more beneficial to the artists if you had to explain your vote. As always, no insulting artists or their drawings, and keep it clean! I do reserve the right to delete your vote ^_^.

Division 1: I'm gonna say that my vote goes for PureBeauty's drawing. I like her creativity, and it would have been perfect if the water had a little more detail. I liked the other one too, but, on the left side of the drawing isn't as nice as the right side. Great job though xx

Division 2: Vote goes to gamergirl. I liked how she interpreted the night time. Basically every night of mine. Rohan.. your's is really funny, but yeah. Vote goes to gamergirl!

For the 1st Division, I had a tough time deciding because Pure's work is more complete as a composition whereas Ira's drawing lacks.. well, most of it. It might have been better if the artist added more attention-focalizing objects on the table? I don't know, 'cause the left side comes off as quite dull frankly. Drawing the vase in the center might've done the trick. But nonetheless, it has my vote for the style and pretty details (I love details), so Kanjoudakai_Ira for the first Division, all the way!
As for second Division, my vote goes for gamegirl simply because, well.. Yeah. The drawing's nice and symmetric I guess. A bit jabbed in some places, lacks some detail and texture, but there's nothing good practice can't do! Good work =)

Division 1: my vote goes to PureBeauty I liked how complete the drawing was. I like the cleanliness of the lines of her drawing.

Division 2: My vote goes to gamergirl She did a very good job with the shading and lines. I especially love the detail she added to minor things such as the clock.

Division 1: The looks and creativity. My vote falls on PureBeauty. At first, my eyes capture that one object in the sky which is very impressive. Her linings is also great. Looks clean.

Division 2: Well, this is tough. I look at a few times over these two entry but in the end I'll choose gamergirl. Her linings seem a bit messy and unstable but her description on the drawing look great so it somehow fills the whole canvas. Don't worry, she can do better =)

Good job to these 4 competitors!

Division one: I put my first vote on Pure Beauty, purely because I feel like she putted more effort into her picture, and also I like the "style" in the picutre. It kind of reminds me of the pictures in the old storybooks that I read as a child. Ever read the moomintrolls? Yeah, that's right. ~

Division two: gamergirl gets my vote. Sorry RohanDarkling, but you could have done so much more with this theme. x))
