True, but its not always instantaneous. It depends on what you are trying to do. If its just a fun little thread, a bunch of people running around in a pretend wolf pack to incite a bunch of hijinks, its probably okay. If you are advertising for something (like an AF group), or if its a game of some sort, then that is a different matter entirely.

But just to be funny for a moment (since I've had a messed up day):
