Angel Beats!

Has anyone here seen Angel Beats? I watched it with my brother and absolutely loved the ending! I thought it was so well thought out and touching, and I definitely wasn't expecting it. It was very sweet, but also very sad.

Anyone seen it?

I just finished it yesterday actually. it is an amazing anime and I really enjoyed it, even though i bawled like a baby for the last few episodes. I think it was awesome!

I actually just finished it last week lol. My brother and I tried really hard not to cry at the end, ESPECIALLY the last episode where everyone has to say goodbye to each other.

But the whole idea of being an organ donor was amazing. It was so heartwarming (no pun intended), and I did not expect it in the least! That's all I'm going to say because I don't want to ruin it for anyone who might read this who hasn't seen the series lol.

@darkrider21 : Yes! The ending was very touching. I tried really hard not to cry! Haha.

@Gauntlgrym : The first few episodes are a little confusing, but the action gets better and once the story line starts to fall together it's really worth it!

I actually finished this this week. It took me a re watch to get the ending, but now everytime I see Kanade and Otonashi together I cry a little inside ;_;

I've watched it and finished it. It was really amazing and I loved it ^_^ But when I showed me brother.

He cried a few times due to some parts of it xD... But it was sad over all.

Ive watched i thought it was amazing and it made me cry alot (im really emotional) but the sadest was probably the third episode

@Hidden , shiningeevee23, and NickasaurIt was SO sad. My eyes watered, and the only reason I didn't cry was because I forced myself not to haha. Haven't watched an anime that made me think that much in a while.

@AnimeFrost I think there are 13 episodes. Maybe 14. Lol. I don't remember exactly, but it's a pretty short anime.

@TomoyoSakagami Yes, I probably won't be watching it again soon either. It's too sad to watch on a regular basis! But I will re-watch it someday. It's such a great story.

I think episode 10 was probably my favourite. The music to the end worked so well and I was so happy for Yui.

In that note, I have also procured the Girls Dead Monster album, and I love it as it is also my type of music, not just because of the emotional value it holds for me Highly recommended.

Watched episodes 7to 10 and episode 10 was so touching i just cryed at her final thing she wated to do.no matter what a person still wants to be loved no matter what said persons sitration is.disabled or not I'd fall in love with her for who she is and I'd neverleave her even if it means I would have to take cair of her

Yes, the background stories of the characters were all very touching. All in all it's a well thought out anime and it gets you thinking!!

One voice of a cherecter was tomoya from clannad and when I first watched the show I knew I heard one of the voices but it took 3-4 episodes to pin it down. The first episode I saw was 7 b cuz it was the first episode on DVD 2

I loved this show, and also thought the ending was great! Yui was my favourite character. Might cosplay her one day...

@mangeassshajigan I loved TK too, back story for him would have been great, but probably would've taken much humor away from his character.

Great show! The second episode hit real close to home, i almost didnt want to wach the rest of it. But im glad i did! But when everybody started to disapear i almost lost it!

I know!! I mean, the whole anime had its sad character back stories, but once they started disappearing it started to get almost too sad for me!

Angel beats where number 1 of my anime list first . And it was very sad I wanted it to continued as it were . It was perfect!
