It was a thing on 4chan where someone would post what they claimed was a zip file containing CP, and then some pervert would download it hoping that they had hit their next big fix of CP only to find out that it had something completely unoffensive in it. The pervert would then reply to the post "The cake is a lie!", where the word "cake" was a code word apparently to mean CP in order to throw off the cops from tracking their posts (and cops tracking their posts, followed by arrests, is exactly what would have happened if they just came right out and said "The CP is a lie!").

But you just so casually use this joke saying "the birthday is a lie." not even knowing just how TERRIBLE the joke is that you are using, because you are COMPLETELY IGNORANT of the source of this joke meme.
