I really like the bubblicious feel to it and the lightening bolts and stuff were just too cute. The polkadots go well with the "rising sun" effect. Usually the rising sun is lame but I think it went really well here! Love the choice of colors.

Voted for SpeedingTurtle, its not being overwhelmed with effects, or unnecessary colors. Also, it just looks like a wallpaper that I could use. I like its simplicity.

I think I'll go with Skillero. I love how Rainbow Dash is popping out of the middle, and the font is awesome.
