Youtube Just Changed Their Layout?

Yeah, not really liking it. Making something complex that doesn't need to be. Though there's one change I like and that's that the video doesn't reset when adjusting the player size any more.

Yeah, like that feature. I hate it when I have to reload the video all over again just to see it in a different size.

I actually don't mind it. People are just making a big deal of it because it changed. Besides people will get used to it in a month or 2 and they will stop complaining about it. The only thing I don't like about it is the new channel layout, that I will agree with though

Looks like they have Facebook and Google+. Does this change privacy or functionality at all?


Edit: I have a tab open with a video that had the old layout... It's a sole survivor.

Not really, I stopped using GameSpot when they had there last change. Well that, and the mods have issues. Though can't really do that with YouTube since much of my video entertainment comes from there. @Wio Yeah, I requested they make those optional since I doubt I'm the only one that doesn't use those sites.

i guess i adapted to it already since i didnt even notice changes until i looked at this forum thread lol.... maybe cause i was just playin off my favorites list... but whatever.
It doesnt seem veryhard to get used to or that they really changed that much, it all seems fine to me

How do I close a subscription video? You could do this in the old layout.

It looks so awful. You used to be able to see multiple videos when a user uploaded a lot of videos at one time. Now you can only see their latest video upload >.<

Edit: And the video response list looks terrible too. Instead of the box view, theres a very long list that goes down all the way to the bottom of the page. *facepalm*

The only neat feature I like is that your avatar appears next to your name in the very top right corner. That looks nice, but that's about it.

I only noticed them because you mentioned them (and it took me about 5 minutes to find them lol). They aren't doing any harm for the time being, so don't be so hard on YT~

Yeah, but if we're stuck with this layout it's two spaces that could be used for subscribed channels.
