It's because Illuminated Spirits (the section you're trying to post in) is an Exclusive GFX group reserved just for the members who are a part of IS and you have to ask/be invited by one of the mods who control that section for access.The mod in charge of it is @Ellipsis

Doesn't matter, it's dead and I think is going away soon. It's a more professional group compared to the rest of the GFX section. It was supposed to be a place where we could get serious feedback and really just a place for us to chat amongst our selfs about GFX and other things of the like without much spam.
