Overall its good~i think you need to improve your hands and the legs you drew look too thin~also~~if this girl is really standing upside down~~her clothe shouldn't look like that~however~well...if you draw it correctly the mod might lock this though~~]D

It's not bad, but it does look a little stiff. Is the character tripping, or falling from a substantial height? I only ask, due to that fact that a body isn't very stiff when falling...gravity has this odd way or affecting the limbs of the body. Study photos of sky divers in free fall, you'll see what I mean.

Keep practicing, you have great potential.

your form and proportion is good but adding a little more depth with some shading would make the figures pop
