Lol, I was just giving you a troll answer since everyone always says something tastes like chicken... But if I were to be serious, id say it tastes pretty much like chicken but it has a different consistency.. Thats the best I could do

Yesterday, though I'm doing it tomorrow since I can't leave during the week and it's an eight hour drive both ways. So yay, getting up at three a.m.
It was yesterday, its 6:44 pm friday 25th right now where im at which is ohio in the U.S.

Sucks that you haven't tried, eh? Tastes soooo good! And loaded with tryptophan..mmm mmm mmmmm! I usually brine my turkey before cooking for a few hours.
It's always in the last place you'd think of looking!
