try to change the blending effect of usagi on the left(try lighten on the blue it should become something pink..^_^)

Gah! So bright........eyes cant take it!!...............maybe tone it down a lil bit on the right (brightness)
yo just.....i think u should all a little texture of rain and change the color from a blue to a light pink.....and mess around with the brightness and contrast.....its too bright.....but its verry good.....i like it a lot
Try a lighter blue, or pink for the background color (that will help with the bright contrast). Some textured rain would be interesting. Change those things and see how it looks! :^_^:
