If instead of cows they milked humans and sold it in bags at stores would you buy it or even once drink it? No. So why cows, there isn't anything differnt except the cows are dirtier and such. I can tell you why you do drink it , is beacuse you were tought to , you yourself never thought up to go milk a cow and drink it. Its just one thing most people never think on, but it is so grose, if you wouldn't drink milk from a random human no way you should drink it from a random cow. It is so grose when i finally realiized what i was drinking and forgot those lies i was tought so i would drink it i went no.

Well yes for example hospitals are in a big need of breastmilk for newborns whos mothers cant breastfeed their babys themselves for various reasons. There is a big lack of donors, atleast where I live. Guess it looks the same little around everywere, guess that's why they have done this in china with the cows.

First, not all milk is the same; its chemical composition can vary widely depending on the producing species.

The mass collection of cows' milk is a much simpler task than the collection of human milk; both because cows create more milk, and because there would be a lot of social issues with the mass commercial farming of milk from humans - we can't exactly have farms full of women...that's a lot wrong with that.

Simply put, cows are a much, much more efficient source of milk. Historically speaking, the major sources of milk from consumption by adult humans have been cows and goats. In some countries, or in certain regions of countries, goats' milk is still the primary milk. As far as cleanliness goes, all milk is filtered, processed, and pasteurized before distribution, no matter the source of the milk. Cows' milk is in no way "dirtier" than human milk. Your example of going up to a random cow and drinking from its utter is wildly different from commercially distributed milk.

You weren't taught lies. You were taught tradition. Cows milk is efficient, healthy, and widely available - we have been drinking it for thousands of years for these reasons. If there was a superior source of milk, humankind would have switched over to it at some point during its history.

@animeyay Actually there are some cons to drinking milk past infancy. Can reduce your body's ability to absorb iron. An increase risk of coronary heart disease. And others. Not to mention pasteurized milk isn't as good for you as un-pasteurized milk.

That's only because we're used to cow milk. Just like some people are used to goat milk. As for chemicals, there are more then a hundred and forty different chemicals that are pumped into a cow.

Woman milk? THAT is a gross thought coming to mind. You can't know where that woman's been! To me, women are the filthiest, most naturally unhygienic animals, second to pigs, on earth!
I was a cow herder since I was 7, I had an abundance of fresh milk. I only didn't drink too much because I didn't want to get stomach aches.

All the same, I'd be rather interested to see some sort of pilot scheme based on the selling of human milk. I think from an economic standpoint it'd make some sense since after all, many farmers do not profit from the milk of their cows (only from their meat and parts of their skin), which is truly sad imo (Events based on "milk protests", as was the case in certain countries, such as Germany are an example of how unethical the milk industry really is, from farming to marketing). Lol, but maybe if they packaged human milk, say in (artificial) breasts, added some brand along the lines of "Childhood Pleasures", there might actually be a certain "market" for it. I don't think one would have to look too far to figure which markets might see human milk in a different light... but the general point I'm making is, there's no real good reason why human milk can't be marketed nor appreciated as an alternative to cow's milk, if not as a necessity then at least as a commodity.

If you have a problem with cow's milk then you'd do well in principle to avoid cow's meat as well, since you are more likely to fall ill to contaminated meat than contaminated milk. The truth about meat is far worse than that of milk - and if I told you what "meat" as we are lead to believe is actually made of; it'd be so disgusting that the thought of drinking even rat's milk would seem relatively sanitary by comparison. And while cows may well be disgusting creatures to some, that doesn't necessarily mean that their milk is. If we should have good reason to not drink milk from animals other than ourselves then it should be based on science and ethics, not on subjective and unfounded opinions of how "clean" animals are. As a starting point might I suggest that instead we consider why it is we are apparently the only mammals who drink milk from animals besides ourselves?
