    Sadly, bone would not make him stronger. Bones can be pretty fragile, as seen in the first season/part of Naruto during a tournament with Gaara. Size doesn't really matter in this case, since 1. It's an anime, and 2. Like someone mentioned, he's made to be like Bruce Lee who was a Martial Arts 'master'. You can get a lot of force into a punch or kick without being muscular or big.
