Funny this would happen again in the very same way it happened last time with the Iphone4.
On a related note it seems HTC did the same thing with their much antisipated HTC Holiday with it appearing on Craigslist months ahead of the launch date.

Wow.. They couldn't think of another way besides at a bar? Seriously if I found an iphone at a bar i'd just be like whatever and handed it to a bartender and they'd be like whatever and put it in a lost and found. Even if it had minor differences I wouldn't think "omgggg new iphone prototype" I'd think "oh someone's good at modifications"..

Either that or Apple employees should stop going to bars and stop being irresponsible with losing valued company products

That HTC looks bogus to me. It doesn't even have HTC sense 3.0.

Acutally another copy of the phone has leaked and it is reported that it will have Sense 3.0 and Gingerbread. Not sure if the phone will be called the Holiday or the Waikiki.

Lol either way both names suck. I like the idea of a 4.5" screen, but the design is terrible. Also, it's specs aren't as impressive as I thought they would be.

As for the iPhone 5, I don't think there will be lots of improvement. Probably a faster processor, a better camera, and iOS 5. That's probably it. Let the mindless Apple consumers buy their almost identical phone for another $500 and stimulate Apple to milk the iPhone some more. Good job, society.
