Sincere apologies if this is covered in a help page or forum topic somewhere but I can't seem to track that down if so.
How does one use the store? I can't find a 'buy' button anywhere.

You can only buy something from the store if you have a sufficient amount of money, or 'gil' as it's called here. The purchase button will show up once you have enough to buy the item of your choice.

How much money do I need to have to buy a lotto ticket? Because it says 100 gil.

Nope. An awesome person gave me enough gil to see and buy stuff but ticket is still inaccessible.

The lotto has been disabled, since it doesn't give pay outs. We will bring it back once we figure out the issue.
