I was shocked. And astounded. LOL. I can't even imagine guys wearing one. Especially my boyfriend.

Well, whatever. My father wears shoes that have hidden platforms inside because my Mom is taller than he is. But thinking of guys wearing stilettos gives me the creeps. Maybe I'm just not used to the idea.

How about you guys? Have you ever seen a guy wearing high heels especially stilettos? What do you think about this?

Conceivably, many men (including myself) would probably look ridiculous in high heels. But then again, most of the women you see staggering about in heels look ridiculous and strained wearing high heels anyhow. Seems to me it's not so much the gender of the wearer as it is whether you have the style and posture to wear them well.

I know I myself for one will never wear heels, and neither will I look remotely okay in them.
But I couldn't care less who choose to wear them. Men can wear heels/stilettos; I don't see a problem.
They might get some serious internal laughter from me, but that's about it.

I don't like heels. Men or women, it doesn't matter. Heels are too impractical and they're bad for the backbone. Aesthetically, I find it hard to like them (yeah, on women); they look rather retarded in my eyes. Consequently, I find them overrated. And given that, I don't see myself ever wearing them even if I were a woman or they were socially acceptable or desirable for men.

I assume the impracticality and backbone effects are things that anyone should worry about -- at least the latter. But when it comes to the taste part, considering I don't exactly go around telling every heels-wearing woman I see that I don't like them (unless she asks), I wouldn't bother doing so to men, either.

The panics are, like always, ludicrous. In any case, it's inevitable that some men will eventually end up making every little thing (of value or not) that women do a trend among them, even if only to satisfy a need for "freedom" and rebelling against stereotypes. They're going to do so whether you like it or not. So if something as trifling as this makes you panic, you better start learning how to live with it (and with much more) sooner than later. I'd save my panics for something of value.

I've never actually seen it for myself but I think I've heard of it before. It doesn't bother me in the slightest. I've actually brought this point up many times before. Woman wear mens clothes, why should it matter if men wear womens clothes? Sure it'll take some getting used to but if they want to, then they should.
