The fans of the show are probably more entertaining than the show itself.
S2E3 was amazing.. Twilight's expressions were prefect!
I laughed so freaking hard. What is everyponys thoughts?
Ahh! I loved it! Twilight went absolutely nuts! and Fluttershy cracked me up when she was being all chiropractor-ish on the bear. haha.
You're like an angel from a picture book...
I was just, one night, checking out Dr. Who clips when I came across a fan-made animation of a pony that imitated Doc 10. Then I read into and found out about a background pony that was popularly named by fans Dr. Whooves -- given for the hourglass mark on his brown back end. And that's how it started, a few clips of Whooves went to Pinkie Pie's famous breakdown, then clip after clip, laugh after laugh, and now full episodes.
Lauren Faust is a genius. The comedy in this show is so wide-range for most people with an open mind. These are not your older sisters' (or my younger sisters) sugary 80's ponies. The animation style is so loose. It still teaches moral lessons while going way off base with everything else. The characters are memorable because of their eccentric personalities. Great voice acting by talented voice actors with resumes stretching even into major animes. Heck, even Star Trek's John De Lancie voiced a villain.
So yeah, I'm a greenhorn brony. Difficult to casually mention it to family and friends and not get weird looks and laughs though. I myself still can't believe it happened and I wouldn't have if told years before. But hey, its just another show that I enjoy and get a kick out of. :3
I did catch that new episode with Twilight cracking. Good grief that was hilarious.
I like ponies a lot. Enough said!
Here's pretty much the best song on Earth at the moment...
^ I cannot deny that. That song rocks! *_*
