I'm not sure if they're exact corrections, but I don't recall hearing "ha" or "ma"in the song. To be sure, I listened to it several times very loudly and quietly and on normal to see if her breath is "ha" or "wa", and compared to "ma" or "mu" with the comparison of her other pronunciations in the song.

As much as I can't stand ha's and he's, they are not exactly wrong...

As for nemutasou, you're right, the u there is pronounced more open than it should be, and it sounds more like an uh [ʌ] sound. But I listened to it carefully several times, and it definitely is not an a sound.
