I disagree. There are only a handful of reasonable possibilities in which Caylee could have died, and the evidence eliminates the pretty much every possibility except, at the very least, for the manslaughter possibility. If you can't show how someone died, can't show that it was an intentional death, don't have evidence of a plan to kill them, you should not be going for murder one, because no sane jury will give you that verdict.
I think the beneficial factors are as follows (ordered by significance):Or because she's White. It can be possible, you never know.
1) Publicity
The jury is more likely to pull a "12 angry men" or think they're an expert CSI squad when the case is hyped. When it's something that's low publicity, juries are more reasonable and don't allow an alibi like "KGB did it!" to be a reasonable doubt.
2) Female
The male to female incarceration ratio is like 1:10, and it's a vicious cycle. The jury had to sit a court room with a girl sobbing in a metaphorical corner the whole time. Also she was able to accuse her father an brother of abuse with no evidence.
Race is really a double edged sword. For every racist, there is a white guiltist. Also during jury selection you can get a diverse jury. A black person who was born in a poor neighborhood is more likely to be bitter towards the legal system and it screws them over.
If OJ was white, he couldn't have accused Furman of being a racist planting evidence.

Posting I don't care.. without any substance isn't a legitimate post. It's more of a "I'm going around posting random stuff to raise my post count" type of post.
And you're post in here are non contributing as well. Funny how you're the one backing it up...

Lack of thought? Are you certain?
No human being is over sensitive enough to care about the life of the people they've never met.
Most of the people who go batshit about this case are just using their chance to relieve their primitive, yet natural, urge to kill without feeling bad about themselves.
They disgust me.
As for OJ, he only won because he got the best lawyers and the prosecution royally screwed themselves. It wasn't about race, it was about having the right amount money at the right time and DNA evidence was relatively new and didn't know how to be handled yet.

After going over the trial, I sort of see it in a different way now. I think its because I'm calmer and I want to understand why things are this way and whatnot. Gender or race, I think its bull so I kind of just kicked it out of my mind. In this case, they're looking if Casey actually murdered her child and abused her child. The baby came from a good environment, thats number one. Number two, when Caylee was alive there was no signs of abuse. There were videos, photo evidence and people who had to talk say that Caylee wasn't abused. Sure, her mother was really out there but when you think about it, you can be a lazy mother but not abuse the kid. Most importantly, Caylee wasn't neglected.
Why I'm starting to say this? I hear things from other people, I honestly feel a little dumb not watching out the whole thing. Meh, thats okay. I'm human. ;/
The judgement that is being made for Casey, its basically all "she's a bad mother, she parties a lot, she's a big damn liar". If you think of her that way, well, think of Casey not being a mother in this situation, but just as a "mean person in general, who parties a lot, and she's a big damn liar" but in fact, she's not a murderer. I'm not siding with Casey, I really hate what she did. Its so disgusting to know a mother would do that and party, knowing their baby is dead. I have no idea why she did it and what was going on her mind, but I'm thinking she's scared...? She think she can get away with it? I dunno.
The jurors have to think a million times, its no ordinary case it's death penalty and its hard on them. If they are very positive that she did murder Caylee, I guess Casey would have been dead about now. Its just hard to prove that she killed her child. The jurors had to put emotion aside, unfortunately. How can you think clearly with emotions? So they did that.
Well thats all I have to say. ;/
