My name is German. Got it from my Grandfather's name. and Yes I like my name. People *believe* I am of German Descent. I am not. Usually have received weird faces when I tell strangers I've recently met... my name... and thus, conversations commence about how I got my name..

Yes I do like my name. Its a very uncommon name of a lesser common name which kinda makes it unique.
I believe my parents gave it to me and I probably won't change my name well not yet at least.

Yes, I do like my name. It's cool because it's really unique. I'm not gonna state it to keep it's uniqueness. My dad got my name from a French name : "Vianis" (or however it is spelled) then he just changed the spelling to make it his own. While my second name is "Crizzie". My mom's nickname was Crissy and she just changed the spelling.

If I were to change my name I'd like to change it to Choi Hitomi Kana. xD I just made Hitomi Kana as a Japanese name for myself. Kana from kanashii. Then I chose Choi because most of my fave K-pop artists have Choi as their surname.

I love my name because it is unique, and no one else in my classes or I know have the same name as me so far. [Until I go to India, because that is the origin of my name] My dad named me. He said he got the name from an athlete on TV .. or was it someone he met when he was touring Asia [Olympics]. I found out about 5 years ago what my name meant, and it is from an Indian word meaning 'Lord' It's pretty similar to Siddhartha as well, the Buddah. It's typically a male name in India I found out. -.-

But if I were to change my name, [not considering my current rl nicknames], it would be Karami of course. I'm thinking or naming my kid that lol. Karami is a name I made up, and it does consist of my real name.

It's my name. I like it at times. I dislike it at times. But I grew up with it.
What's so cool about it? Well... I suppose they mistake me for a Mexican at times if they see me and know my name... okay, that's the opposite of cool. I don't know why it's cool. Oh, wait. My name basically means "guardian" and "advice giver". I guess that fits me, and I suppose that's a bit cool.
As for how I got it... my parents watched a western movie, saw the name at the end, liked it, did some research and then named me.
If I could've picked a name for myself it would've been Hero though. I love heroes. Although I suppose I might not be living up to my name then, as I am living up to it now.

I have mixed feelings about my name. I guess it's okay, but I would prefer a more masculine name than Cameron lol. But hey, it's not a name you hear everyday. My mom told me she got the idea from a famous writer or something. If Cameron wasn't going to be it, my name would have been Patrick XD I want to change my name to something like, Bob, or Brian, or Ron, or even Bruce.
