Megaman Legends 3 cancelled. And that makes this image relevant.
As far as circulation goes, if its not in its point of origin, aka dvd factory/game studio, its in circulation. I.E. just because money is in a bank doesn't mean it isn't in circulation.
Why does this really surprise anyone? Capcom has being going downhill for a while now. Sure some key people crank out a good game once in a while like Resident Evil 4. But that was what? 6 almost 7 years ago? Dead Rising was a good concept, that they didn't improve it in the sequel, or the two episode peices. Oh you can make crap too bad the clock doesn't stop while you run all over the place when you want to make one of the rarer weapons.
Maybe they brainwash you kids into buying the same crap in a different wrapper through massive amounts of hype and non-canon secret characters being revealed before release of the game(Lost Planet 2, with Frank West, GoW guys, and Wesker. I mean really?).
Until they make better decisions and make better games without cutting corners like reusing bits of animation and code. Watch the way Frank West moves in Dead Rising and then watch how the main character moves in Lost Planet.
If they can't create entirely new content without relying so heavily on the past, they deserve to fail. They are getting so close with Megaman being to where Sega is with Sonic. Hopefully, things change before we get Capcom's version of Shadow... Wait, too late, that would be the new Dante in DmC. They outsourced it to another company before making yet another copypaste with minor tweaks, at least Capcom won't have to shoulder the complete burden if it fails.(As far as I'm concerned it looks good, but I'm afraid its going to get stale/repeatitive quickly.)
I understand where they are coming from with the whole used game buying issue. But why now? Why after this long? Is it because of the reasons I mentioned above that they are wanting to get every possible dollar? Or is it them accepting they can't make quality games anymore and they want to maximize profit while they can?

This is the highlight of the week. xD It's still pissing off people...Megaman Legends 3 cancelled.
It's retarded though, because Megaman X got the most popularity votes in this one poll.
Yeah, that was retarded.
The thing is the Rockman/Megaman Legends 3 demo actually had a price, that's right, they were charging people to try out a damned demo. So by "involve" they want people to pay for a DEMO that should be free.
