i still sleep while hugging a stuffed animal.....
Sometimes I sleep on my arm and it's asleep when I wake up but that rarely happens anymore.

On some occasions, I get so tired that after taking a shower, I just hit the sack without putting on my pajamas.

i kick in my sleep. Once my friend tied my legs up cause i aimed 'between the legs' supposedly. but if i sleep alone i wake up in weird poses.
i sometimes raise my hand when im asleep. not raise hands above the head. you know, like stretch my arms in front of me when im asleep. and sometimes, i suddenly sit and then go to the other end of my bed and sleep there.

Don't take life too seriously. You'll never get out alive. -Bugs Bunny
I must always start off sleeping on my left side, fetal position, facing the wall. No exceptions.
I must always have a blanket covering my shoulders, squished into the crook of my neck and covering my chin, but never my nose. No exceptions. (Even in summer)
When I sleep on my left side, both my arms are in front of me, but if I sleep on my left, my right arm goes under the pillow. I don't know why, but no exceptions.
I always, almost always, wake up face down in an incredibly comfortable position, and despite my attempts, I cannot start off in this position, no exceptions.
I cannot sleep if a small strand of hair or cat fur is touching my face or nose. It's...really annoying. And no exceptions.
Oh, I also sometimes half-wake up in my sleep. It's really awkward when you jolt awake after going to high five someone in a dream and end up slamming your hand into the wall. . _ .
If I sleep on my stomach too much nights in a row,my back starts hurting when I even stretch a little.
That is probably not a habit.
I'm told I rant (fairly loudly) in Vietnamese whenever I'm in a deep sleep. I'm not much of a lucid dreamer, so this is always news to me.

I usually sleep like a log but when I sleep in places other than my room I'd need to hug and squish things too get myself to sleep.

I have always had to pull the covers over my head, As a child it was out of fear that some monster would get me but now it's just a habit.
Weelll to start off I'm a horrible person to sleep with..
I drool, sleepwalk/sleepeat/sleepfight, have conversations with myself and whoever is in the room with me [complete with voice changes], toss and turn all night, snore [softly of course], have restless leg syndrome [causes my legs to jump & kick sometimes], sometimes will wake up with my arms or legs straight up in the air, & to complete my list I have night terrors [results in me screaming bloody murder in my sleep sometimes].
A joy to sleep with I am.
I'm told I sing in my sleep when in an unfamiliar environment. I've also exhibited apparently random movement and semi-poetic/philosophic muttering. Proximity to trusted individuals alleviates this to some extent.
In short, REM me is a nutjob.

I always wake up at least once during the night.

Well... one time when I was still a kid I once woke up on the... im not sure what the english word is for it but you know the piece of wood that is infront of the window where you can put plants? Yeah I woke up on that once. Walking in your sleep is one thing that Im surprised that I did back then, but waking on in the window? How on earth could I even fall asleep there? The piece of wood is only a couple of centimeters long so I must have been really really tiny back then.
Now days I don't walk in my sleep (I hope..... since I sleep only in my underpants and I live in a student corridor) but what I tend to do sometimes is that I talk in my sleep. Apperently since both my family and my fiancée has said that to me. What I really would like to know is exactly what I say when I sleep, if I would say something emberessing I would really like to know! (or would I?....)

You guys crack me up!!
I talk in my sleep
and when I usualy wake up on the floor surrounded by pillows and blanket
I once woke up half my body on the bed and the hanging like off the bed.
Oooh oooh!! 1 time I fell off a top bunk of a bed..............It's soooooooo painful
And I do every movement I'm dreaming, like if I'm running
In my bed I'll be running or moving my feet in a way
lol
I used to sleep walk a little. When i was young my grandma said i went into her room and told her to come to my room cause i saw something. So she followed me and when she came into the room i went back to my bed and just slept.. xD I also used to sit in the living room and rock back and forth on my grandpas chair...creepy >.>
Now i spread my legs and lay on my side..i look like im i the middle of running XD it annoys my bf cause i end up kicking him or pushing him with my feet >.> I also moan in my sleep. Thats what im told xD
Oh my. :X That sounds awfully similar to what happens to me. D: I've actually even caught myself laughing in my sleep a few times. XD
Also, has anyone ever heard of sleep paralysis? I get that, too. A lot. And it's terrifying most of the time.
I some time have very sad dreams in which i cry. Once my dad saw it and asked me,"Chinnu, why the the hell r u crying?" Lol

I just noticed that I sleep in the "baby" position. Not fetal but baby x.x where your knees are tucked under your tummy and your but is in the air. My moms bf came into my room to ask if I wanted to go to work with him but saw nothing but my butt in the air so he turned around and walked out according to him and my mom. lol.
My covers must cover my shoulders. I must sleep with a powerful fan and it must not make me cold or move anything around in the room to where it makes noise.
If my teddy is in the building I'm in I MUST sleep with it. I can sleep without my teddy if it's not with me but if it's in the house I have to go get it. It can be in a different room and I can be half asleep but suddenly I'll remember I have to get it so I'll get up and get it. Since 2002 I've yet fall asleep without it. I'm oddly compelled to get it even though I could care less if I fall asleep with it or not.
Sometimes I jerk and smash my head into walls. I've smashed my head into my bf's wall so loud it woke him up thinking I kicked it.. But no it was my head.. and at my old house I had a day bed with these metal swirl like designs on the head side and foot of my bed. I've hit my head on one of the metal pole like things by my pillow one too many times.
For about most of my life I refused to sleep in my bed in my room. For a long time I slept on an airbed in the second living room. True story.
