Default “Visual Scene” - new magazine about the japanese pop-culture

Hello everyone! We have started preparations to release “Visual Scene”, the unique magazine about Japanese pop-culture. This title however, opposing the other magazines of similar kind, is not only about anime and manga.

The Land of the Rising sun is country of cosplay, J-pop and manga lovers, fans of sushi and hanami... the reasons why Japan is so fascinating and attractive for the Western people are countless. It’s often the oriental climate, mix of the present and Japanese tradition, emotionally developed pop-culture, artistic liberalism, or sometimes even fascination in crazy tempo of life which will reach us very soon...

The roots and forms interest are as numerous and fans of Japanese culture. Why not try to introduce some variety ?

In our magazine you will find:

MANGA and ANIME – all genres, types and sorts of aesthetics. The classic titles which have influenced the market, as well as new releases. Reviews, announcements, news, opinions about first volumes of anticipated titles.

LIGHT NOVELS – something stimulating the imagination – short stories which are very popular in Japan, strongly connected with manga and anime … not only for young people.

VISUAL NOVELS – can computer games based mainly on interpreting written text gain popularity all over the world ?

SURVIVAL HORROR, JRPG, SIMULATION, ARCADE –
    pride of Japanese console market.

J-DRAMA – Japanese TV drama, equivalent of telenovela. However, it doesn’t have to include 200 episodes, but plays with viewer’s emotions.

CINEMATOGRAPY, MUSIC, LITERATURE of Land of the Rising Sun.

Obsessions, weirdness and typical features of Japanese SOCIETY.

All these topics will be covered in different forms – articles, characteristics of favorite heroes, reviews of various productions (both well-known and forgotten), intriguing tales, comics … so many hobbies, so much variety.
