Got Habits?

I haven't made a thread in foreevuurrrr. SO. Habits, they're fun and they can be a crick in the neck.

^ In my case, it's sitting in a small part of the 'net, staring down an old html template I'd like to rewrite. Procrastinating.

Y'all got any good ones to share?

First, I was literally just thinking of this before logging onto AF. Second, my biggest one that I'm trying to break is biting my nails. Thinking about ordering some ground up ghost chilling and mixing it with some of those nail polish that's supposed to help you quit but don't.

Look at the undersides of your nails with a microscope. You'll never bring them to your mouth again. Alternatively, if you don't want consider chopping your fingers off, brush them with cayenne pepper.

Kinda the plan except with something much much hotter. Cayenne is only 30-50k scoville unites where as the ghost chilli is over a million.

Smoking . It's really hard to quit, I am going to try Chantix and hope for the best. My other awful habit is biting my nails. It's bad enough when I do it at my house, but sometimes I catch myself doing it in public when I am nervous... Gotta break that one.

Hmm:
-When working on drawings or homework, I tend to hold the pencil with my mouth. (it gets to me why I keep doing that!)
-I have come to a point that randomly I use Japanese words and phrases (i.e. "Nani?" "Majide" "Ano...")
-I "think out loud" when I'm alone.
