Gamegeeks posted some really good vampire series. But since you are looking for vampire-ROMANCE, then I suggested Karin, Rosario to Vampire, and Princess Miyu.

Blood+ <3, if i remember right those guys counted as vampires, well, theyre crasy monsters, again, i think they are vampires ^^
