How do you define life?

These are actually life philosophies to live by, not definitions for life. From a science standpoint, everything living. Humans, other animals, fish, plants, reptiles, bugs, bacteria, etc. But as a construct... it's different for everyone. As for me... I just hope I can be useful, will be remembered and hope I can die satisfied. These are pretty much the larger goals I work towards.

My definition for life? Life is life and we live until we die.
What I think happens after I die? I'll figure out when I get there.

I figure everyone is free to live it as they see fit, but I'll do everything in my power to live a life not taken for granted. One that is successful as well as happy.
Oh, and I'll try to bring as much happiness into other people's lives as I can along the way.

To me, Life is like a new born bird about to fly, depending on his or her choices [which is to wait, practice, or listen to mother lol], you could either successfully fly, or fall, or fall then if lucky enough, someone will care for you. [that's where family and friends are there to keep you happy, which is the case for most ^^]

It can be the greatest thing ever, or it can be the most horrible thing ever depending on how you want it. You could be dirt poor but you're content on what you have and you think everything will be fine whereas someone is filthy rich but desires more because they're not happy. That is life, you live with things you have and don't have. One of your priorities, I think, as a human being is to survive and do what you just need to do. Most importantly, what I think most about life is you just need to be a good person and live your life as if you might die tomorrow. After all life is short, I take life as a blessing because some people are not fortunate to be given a life, some doesn't care at all and allow themselves wither away in their beds or it's ended so abruptly and perhaps they didn't want it to happen to them. I will go with that. (:
