Season 1 +2 are the best ones. Recently I've downloaded the first two season and now I'm gonna rewatch them in a stroke! Digi Marathon :$

Well first they got rid of everything that happened in season 2 by turning Takato and the others into a TV series (The newest season Digimon Xros ruined that by pulling a power rangers and merging everyone together).




Takato became the first trainer with a virus type digimon that he designed himself.

Someone inseason 3 actually GOT a girlfriend.

The villains were cooler and came intot he real world.

Merging with the digimon.

Rika and Renamon... nuff said.

Blue cards.

A certain ultra cute character with a red triangle on his forehead.

Kickass government agents.

Evil Guilmon evolution that almost destroyed the digitalworld.

Impmon/Beelzemon

And the fact that the kids didn't just disappear for weeks on end without their parents wondering where they went.

I actually hated ... what was his name, that little white thing with the triangles on his forehead. I forgot his name already and could never spell it.

But in honesty my favourite series was series 3 as well. and btw, that 'evil Guilmon evolution' was evil because Guilmon himself is a virus-type Digimon, which by definition are evil. So, really, it was nothing untoward that he turned into that thing when Takato got angry.

I didn't like the Digimon merging thing, though. Not that I had a real issue with it, just I didn't like the Digimon that they created (Guilmon went from being Guilmon to some damn imperial knight thing. WTF, you'd expect some sort of uber-kill dragon or something.)

-shrug.- 'tis my opinion, though. I despised series 4. I watched it through for the sake of it but the first three series are the best. Series 5 was good but only because Marcus had to punch Digimon to get Agumon to digivolve lol.

It was the natural progression of Digivolution. Just like a human being able to slap down Digimon himself in season 5.

Saw the end on youtube. Looks okay for something that's collecting them all together despite half of them supposedly being fiction in the anime.


If I were going to have a Digimon it'd be Lady Devimon.

I am not saying the story is bad I just think it could have been better like in the one where they turnd into digmon there was more intersting story then befor it was. ok so the guy who turned into the fire was on a train then he turned into a rooky digmon

I honestly liked Digimon season 4...it seemed somewhat reminiscent of season 1 (somewhat, I said!). I didn't care for season 3 (tamers?) but that was years ago. I think if I tried watching it again, I may change my mind. And I am happy to see that there are two more seasons that I didn't know about! Yea!

I do believe they do. Though it's by individual species like Angemon and Angewomon that digievolve from Patamon and Gatomon, respectfully.

I used to love this show as a lad, right there along with yugioh. However, "F that digemon Sh**, Pokemon was my life!" Ahahahahahaha, love that video. X)

Yes all the sesons of digmon can stand on its own just needs more story like this might be dumn but I think more like a love thing like in the first and second seson pj or jp and tyes sister it seem to me like there could have been more than a friendships

I used to watch this all the time but haven't for years. Maybe I should try and hunt it down to see if I can watch it again. =3 I remember I went through a random obsession with Arukenimon that lasted quite a while when I was younger. No idea why. I hardly remember anything besides what she looked like now.

Yeah. I remember watching seasons 1, 2, 3 and 5 in their entirety. Seasons 4 and 6 just lost me. I felt those series sort of took away from Digimon's identity, which stems back to the old digivice toys.

I actually really enjoyed season 5 (Savers, not the american dub "data squad"). It did kind of bother me that Masaru was able to knock down fully evolved mons with just his fists... I could definitely make a Chuck Norris joke outta him. All he needs is a roundhouse kick.

I loved Digimon back then and I still do... My fav season is 3 followed by Season 2 afterwards. But after 3 I feel the magic is gone a little.. even though I kinda like sseason 6.

Can't wait for the dub, can't wait for the dub... I just can't wait for the show to make its LONG-awaited return to North America after 8 distressing years of not having it come on my television set, sheeesh! I reside in the U.S.so I'll be flipping to VORTEXX every morning when DIGIMON FUSION premieres, for sure! I'm amped for 2013!! lol
