May Wallpapers

As before from our 'April Wallpapers' thread, we are under a deal with this forum. We keep it so long as we create 1 wallpaper per 10 members every month. We have 15 members, meaning we only need to do one wallpaper (I rounded down, hur hur hur).

So we will use this thread to help develop the wallpaper in question. So feel free to use this thread to discuss, etc.

Out of curiousity:
When someone makes a wallpaper for a new anime or an anime that doesn`t have its own category on AW yet, do you make one for it?
Oh, which category do you submit those wallpapers to when there is no category for it?

I've always added it in the description and sometimes a new section is made and sometimes if it's super unpopular it goes in misc.

No, I do make new categories (shows, etc) for wallpapers. The cache is to make it a good wallpaper. So for example, if you did a good wallpaper for Yumekui Merry, that show would be added from that point onwards.

It's been a while since the last one, so here's the deal. Every month I'll try to have one or two (usually one, but two if they're both easy) projects that I want you guys to work on. They're optional, but I'd like you guys to try them out anyway. It's a great way to improve and step out of that comfort zone that you're so comfortable in.

This Month's project will be Large Art (or large posters if you call it that)! I want you to create something that isn't a sig, avatar, or a wallpaper. And as it obviously states, it should be large. There's no rules, besides the size which I want to be at least bigger than 700x700. The rest is up to you! it can be photomanipulation, typogtaphy, or whatever. Just post them (or a link) here when you've finished one, and others can offer critique, or we can just admire them. If you've got any questions, feel free to ask me! The project ends at the end of the month, so go start planning!

Technically, If it can be used as a wallpaper then it's a wallpaper, so....ignore that.

Obviously an LP can be construed as a type of wallpaper. The only difference is the size.

I can't go no larger than wallpapers. I have trouble finding the right resources big enough for them. So we just do anything we feel like as long as it's large? Can it be my class project I did a few weeks ago xD ahahaha.

@Harmonics : What size is your wallpaper? I can't quite tell if that's the whole wallpaper or not, so if you have it uploaded on another image sharing website, could you possibly link that? It looks like the wallpaper's being cut off, and I would like to see the whole thing before commenting on it.

It's hard to tell considering the threads were merged, but as Serated said the only real difference is the size, so I can still give virtually the same advice. I'm just assuming it's a wallpaper considering he said he was gonna add "Animewallpapers."

If you're trying to make a wallpaper, try a size of about 1280 x 1024. Like I said earlier, try resizing it, upload it to an image sharing website, and link it so we can see the whole thing at once. I'll make some suggestions then ^_^
