What do you feel are essential for a person's sucess in life or any motivators of sucess?

It's either hard work or lying and cheating. And sometimes just dumb luck.

That's a hard question...but the best way for success (as generic as it may be) is to keep a positive outlook on life. Push yourself to do your best everyday (even if it seems pointless @ the time) and never give up. It helps me sometimes to think of how I can improve who I am just a little bit at a time...it eventually pays off in the end (to some degree) just not always as much as we all may have hoped for.

Also, you aren't very specific...successful with what exactly? It depends on the individual and what they are trying to accomplish.

I feel that the secret to success would probably just be being persistent and hard work. Of course you have to avoid those who bring you down. So trust few but still try to be inviting and warm. You can find help in the strangest places.

Who's born extremely stupid won't be the next to solve something mayor in science for example.
