As for me I'm a petty man with simple motives; I'd probably end up killing my noisy-as-hell neighbours. >_> Though obviously not just an outright "zomg heart attack out of nowhere! deal but more I make them do something else if it's possible first. Like ... make them decide to move somewhere else first, and then they die in an accident in a few years when I've likely forgotten who they are. :3
