Member can't log in

Someone in chat PC'd me and said they couldn't login; so I'll post this for them.

"it wont let me login and i put the right username and password; it says 'sorry but we can not request your login at this moment'"

They said the account in question is kagami-hiiragi

You are not providing enough info for me to even know where to look. The error message makes no sense, since that would mean the database is not reachable, but if this was the case the forum wouldn't work at all.

Considering no one else is experiencing this issue, I'd imagine it's on their side, so I recommend to clear the browser's cookies and cache.
